Grants

About

The Grants Department researches, applies for, and manages grants and loans for a wide range of City projects and programs—from firefighting equipment,
to police canines, to summer camps and playgrounds,
to major construction.

While the department does not award grants, staff
are available to support grant seekers by monitoring federal State, and private funding opportunities and providing feedback on proposals.

The Grants Department also manages the Safe Haven Community Center and the City’s Section 3 Program. Information about these programs can be found below.
