Tiger Grant Application

The City of Hammond submitted a planning grant request for TIGER Fiscal Year 2014 Discretionary Funds to plan the extension of University Avenue to Pride Drive. Grant funds will be used to coordinate transportation planning with interdisciplinary factors such as economic development, education, and affordable housing. Funds will also be used to complete an Environmental Impact Statement in accordance with NEPA.
