Captain Carl Wayne Scivicque is a 30-year veteran of the Hammond Police Department and the former Lieutenant of the Narcotics and Street Crimes Divisions. Scivicque now serves as the Captain of the Uniform Patrol, Traffic, K-9 and Swat Team Divisions. Scivicque is a graduate of the Louisiana State University Police Academy and has numerous certifications, training courses and continuing education classes to his credit. Scivicque was the Hammond Police Department’s Officer of the Year in 1999 and has received numerous awards and commendations in his career as an Officer and Supervisor with the Patrol, Narcotics, Street Crimes, Juvenile, Detective, SWAT and K-9 Divisions.
